WHAT ARE OA WINDSOR BOXES?

OA Windsor boxes are extremely durable, portable, non-conductive black electrical outlet boxes, available in 11 standard configurations and a variety of custom assemblies.

OA Windsor boxes are manufactured from molded styrene-butadiene rubber. SBR manufacturer specifications state that SBR is a co-polymer synthetic rubber similar to natural rubber, with excellent impact strength, a high tensile strength, good abrasion resistance, and stability at temperatures from -40ËšF to 180ËšF, "making it ideal for use in extremely demanding applications".

Most boxes have a wall thickness between 9/16" and 7/8", providing strength, durability, and longevity.

Steel lock nuts and nuts to anchor the cover screws are molded into the boxes to give a solid connection to the cord grip and cover attachment screws.

Hubbell brand cord grips are used on OA Windsor boxes, for a solid grip on your cable.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE MY BOX?
A number of standard boxes are listed for sale on this site, and boxes with a variety of modifications may be made to your specifications by custom order. Due to the great variety of cable sizes and possible box configurations, it may be necessary to contact us directly to determine your custom box needs. We are very happy to help you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Orders usually take from 1-3 weeks to ship. Larger custom orders may take longer. Sometimes, supply chain issues or a high number of custom orders in production increases average turn-around times, although in-stock items still ship quickly. It is highly recommended that you inquire here for an estimate of turnaround time.

CAN I GET BOXES AT A DISCOUNT?
Occasionally, boxes with slight non-structural molding imperfections are available for approximately 10% off. Please inquire for availability.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, and money orders accepted.

Orders originating in Idaho state are charged 6% Idaho state sales tax.

Orders may be paid online by selecting the products desired, placing them in the online shopping cart, and completing the online order form on this site.

Orders may also be paid by check or money order in advance, unless prior arrangements are made for paying later.

Custom orders (for boxes requiring modifications not available on this site) will be billed via E-invoice, which may be paid by any of the accepted payment types.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?

Larger orders are usually shipped via FedEx Ground and smaller orders shipped via US Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested.

Tracking notices are emailed at the time of shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: It is extremely difficult to precisely calculate shipping costs before packaging your order. Once we know the actual shipping cost of your packaged order, if there is a difference of more than a few dollars between the actual shipping cost and your shipping payment, we will refund the difference to you. If the actual cost is higher than your shipping payment, we will contact you to discuss this before shipping your order.
